I ordered 2 twin blue flip flop quilts,shams & coordinating striped dust ruffles. When I received them one quilt & sham had a different color stripe on the back of it than the others. There was also a white "bleached out" spot on the blue background of one of the shams....I e-mailed customer service & Lisa was great. She found another quilt & sham with the same stripe as the dust ruffles & other quilt I had received & promptly shipped them to me. I had them within days & now have 2 complete sets with the correct coordinating stripe & no bleached out spot!....Returning the ones I had was easy---she enclosed a return postage-paid sticker in the box & all I had to do was put the things I was returning in the box, attach the sticker & take it to a UPS pickup store......The customer service I received was excellent...Oh, also, as this was all going on, the flip flop quilts went on sale, so Lisa also put thru a credit on my credit card so I got the sale price....Five Star customer service & kudos to Lisa.....Thank you!
